You are an
Innocent

You trust conventional wisdom

Innocents are conventional believers.

They value community and hold on to the unchanging truths of teaching and texts.

Core Quality

Innocents feel free to play inside the invisible boundaries provided by traditional wisdom. They accept this “playing field” as a space in which to bloom.

Purpose and Goal

Innocents rely on traditional wisdom to bloom in life. The life lessons taught to them by people they trust are their guide. They rely on these consistent guidelines for direction. The truths they believe are based on the Bible. These truths are also taught by their leaders.

Innocents know that one should trust good advice. This helps you approach life based on unchanging truths.

Faith Drivers

What are the next steps for Innocents on their journey of faith?

Innocents should explore the whole “playpen” without worrying about tomorrow. They know that their “Father” knows what they need, and He will provide.

Innocents could live out their free spirit. It gives them security knowing that they are relying on time-honoured truths. They would do good to submit themselves to teachers who teach them how to live as people of faith. They should join spaces where this century-old wisdom is communicated.

Sometimes this education happens in support groups or healing groups. The external structures in support groups for singles, mothers, people struggling with addictions or novices in faith can be very comforting.

Beloveds are comforted by God’s love for them personally. They make God’s unconditional acceptance their own and share it with others.

Purpose and Goal

Beloveds have a deep sense of trusting that everything will be okay. God’s love for them is very personal. They rest in the knowledge of God’s love for them.

Beloveds are both enchanted by others and enchanting to others. They have direct access to the beauty in all things. In the best sense, they see the best in humanity. They have the power to imagine that everything is possible. Beloveds know that they are asked to be obedient to what is being taught. Even though it is sometimes difficult for them, they try to live by it to the best of their ability. They do the right thing, and believe this will lead them to being their best self. God’s unchanging truths lead to fulfilment in life. You know who you are when you look in the mirror of these timeless truths.

Beloveds often struggle when “cynical people” discard their dreams. They can then retreat into fancy or fall into pessimism.

Mark 1:11 ESV

And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”

Core Quality

Deacons dedicate themselves to serve in and around their faith community.

Purpose and Goal

Deacons are often “elected” by a church to serve in and around the worshipping. They are often involved in pastoral care and could serve on administrative committees.

Deacons dedicate their lives to follow the teachings of God obediently. They often appreciate the guidance of people who are more knowledgeable than they are to accomplish this. Deacons strive to make the advice of their leaders their own.

It is important for Deacons to understand what they and the people they relate to believe. This they will then trust and follow.

Core Quality

Companions are striving to be good and loyal members of the community. They are decent and respectable members of their community.

They know these relationships work best when they are sensitive to how the people in their community expect of them to act. For them faith has to do with other people. They share ways of doing things, habits and ways of thinking with the people around them. They strive to be decent and respectable members of their community.

Companions live out the values that are important for relationships with others. They hold on to critical values such as loyalty, honesty and integrity. They trust the leaders their community has chosen. And they know, if you submit to the teachings in your community, you will have answers to all relationship questions.

Core Quality

Team players work closely together with other people inside the guidelines of their communities’ customs and habits. They feel closely connected and deeply care about the group they are part of.

Purpose and Goal

Team players “play” and work well as members of a team. They strive to be exceptionally good at working closely together with other people. They follow the examples of the leader(s) of their community. They select leaders who pull them in and inspire them by their charm, force of personality and strength of character. They know their communities’ customs and habits are based on trustworthy religious answers.

Team players care deeply about helping their group to succeed, often even more than about their individual success.

The symbols, rituals, language and the community to which Team players belong have an almost sacred power. Earlier on they had an intense desire and need to know how things really are. They searched for friends and groups who shared their interests and values.

When Team players have critical thoughts about what the people around them believe, they are careful to say it aloud. They are unsure how these people would react. They are a bit afraid their friends will push them out of the group.
